You agree that Nate's Lawn Maintenance, Inc. may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) at the mobile phone number you provide.

You understand that consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from Nate's Lawn Maintenance, Inc., nor is it a condition of employment (unless specified otherwise in an employment contract).

Message frequency will vary based on the services you use, weather events, and promotional or employee-specific campaigns.

4. Opt-Out and Stop Commands

To stop receiving all text messages from the Service, you can reply to any message with the word STOP. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from that specific program. If you wish to join again, you must sign up a second time.

5. Help Commands

For support regarding the Service, you can reply to any message with the word HELP. We will respond with information on how to use the Service and how to unsubscribe.
