Seasonal Snow Sub Account Manager ($40/Hr)

This is a part-time, seasonal position for an experienced "working supervisor" who will assist the Senior Account Manager. This role focuses on client relationship management by serving as a primary customer contact. Responsibilities include managing a set of sites, overseeing and directing crews and Site Leads, and performing pre-season, pre-storm, and post-storm inspections to ensure high-quality service. You'll need to be available 24/7 from October 1st to May 1st during snow events, with a primary focus on supervision, though equipment operation may be required as a last resort. This is a part-time, seasonal "working supervisor" role that focuses on a specific site or set of sites. The Site Lead manages snow operations, leads and trains the crew, and ensures all services meet contract specifications. Your duties will include preparing equipment and supplies, performing site inspections, and communicating with both the crew and leadership. This is a hands-on role where you will both oversee the team and fill an operator position. We're hiring for multiple roles on our snow removal team. As an Operator, you'll be responsible for clearing snow and ice using various equipment, with pay ranging from $30-$34/Hr.
